First of all huge respect for listening to Player feedback.

As far I can see there are three levels of NSWF Scenes.

1) The Low quality ones : Example : Ramses x Hottie, or Hottie x Fire / Earth spirit . Have low resolution and take the least amount of time. Doesn't look good quality wise.

2)The high quality ones : Take alot of time ( at least 3 Updates aka 3 months to be fully finished) and ressources. You often had to reuse animation for that.

3) And the newly introduced high-medium ( Lust x Black tower Soul) ones who are just only slightly worse from the resolution but take only 1/4 of the time.

In my opinion you should permanently stick to the high medium quality animations because not only do they fit the overall look of the game much better but they take far less ressources than the High quality ones and you don't have to reuse animation. They also look more fluent and more dynamic.

I mean they look far better than the low quality ones and are only slightly worse than the high quality ones.

You will gain ressources by switching to the overall high-medium quality that you can spent on the progress of the story or more NSWF scenes like scenes between the companions or alternate scenes ( Like Maria x Lust 2.0).

The Story progress right now is suffering from the fact that so many ressources are spent on the high quality ones

again thank you for sharing your thoughts and giving us some feedback.
Yes we have different level scenes which of course require a different amount of resources.
A lot of other resources also go in many different aspects of the game though, like when we introduce a new area or character, that requires a lot of work. From designing backgrounds to the character models, Ego Chamber / dialogue and party select screen + battle model which comes with skills and animations. Then we potentially also have the demonic evolution and fatality, maybe an intro cut-scene. All stuff that takes time in both production and testing. As for story progression, we try to balance new content with that. Considering the budget/workforce we have and that we release a new update every month, we are pretty happy with that. Take for example when we introduced the update with the Black Tower. We designed all the tower levels and relative battles in a single month of production which also came with additional stuff like sex scene etc.
It is hard to find the sweet spot. Some people prefer when we push something instead of something else and some months proceed smother than others.
Anyway, thanks again for the feedback, we will surely discuss it and cross reference it with other data such as ratings etc for serious consideration.

PS the demonic evolution form of both Black Panther and Nemury are currently getting a little extra work following your previous feedback. Don't expect too much as we are not redesigning them completely, but they will get some extra graphic elements.
Same goes for a new male character, as you pointed out last time, it has been a while since we introduced a new character of the male gender and we have that on schedule, not for this month, but for the next production cycle.

So, I did a playthrough as much as the game allowed me to do without using the codes but the further I came the more wanky it got but here is what I have to report as for the current game's state (granted it is very likely that it will overlap with previous patreon feedback):
(spoiler alert for those that may read without having played)

1) Some of the older scenes would greatly benefit from getting some rework; the scene where you create the hell gate in the first human town for exemple aged very badly.

2) There is a lack of consistency in the art style, I understand there are different artists that worked differently, but sometimes the carton-style of certain character sprites just completly break with the mostly realistic, more detailled background, kinda if you sticked steven universe characters into a recent tomb rider game (alltho in the later parts of the game (city of the sun and later), it's much better).

3) The quest pannel is sometimes bugged, sometimes not here when you would need indications/guidance; generaly in the inter-part segments (when you change from a zone you cleared to a new one), it tends to bug out and don't show anything, also when you end a zone, it doesn't tell you anything, and often case I wouldn't have the dialoge cut scene that would tell me what to do, ending up with no way to know what is the next thing to do. (exemple after unlocking ramset from claudia, it was up to me to guess how to trigger the story to unlock bunny, etc...)

4) In the minigame to catch micia it was very hard, there must be a detail I didn't get, but certain times you'd click on a prompt but it wouldn't do anything or it would make lust suicide, ended up taking me a whole day to figure out the correct path patterns out of trials and error; the fact you have to start from the very beginning when you finish the first part and die early in pt2 is also kinda frustrating but heh.

5) during the onyx cave fight to get the twin succubi I would encounter a bug where the game would just get stuck when the ennemy turn comes (felt very random, sometimes it'd do it from the start, sometimes just after a couple rounds), I had to just close the game and restart the fights but I eventualy had to use a code because it just didn't let me finish the segment.
Similarly, against Core, for a couple tries to got stuck right at the start of the battle (presumably the attack he does at the beginning failed to be executed); alltho after doing some other quests, I eventualy got through it without other issue.

5) As per explained in the 6) I got stuck before the introduction of the frontline fight; a thing that happenned is that whenever I interacted with empress claudia, she would give me ramset, even if I already had it (and it would reset attributes). I assume that's a bug.

6) After I was done with the city of sun quests and the ones of the southern jungle, I got the dialogue that I had to visit empress claudia but when going there, nothing happenned. I ran around trying to find anything to do but I was stuck at that story progression. I used a code to get there from a new save thinking that it could have been a past bug, got the cuscene introducing the captured undead skelleton, the dialogue that told me to rest in claudia's palace, so I did as said but it never unlocked the carriage to join the frontline.

Follow up to the later, I had several instances where I had to use codes because the carriage travel to go from the city to the frontline and/or the wastelands and/or the blackforest was bugged, so I lost continuity in the playthrough and may have missed several things

7) If you go to have sex with druida in the forest after having finished the first "challenge" to gain the power of the spirit, the game is stuck (you can't interact with anything, have to close the game and open it again)

8) After the twin succubi, characters that you meet/obey to you don't show up in the worker class of the ego chamber, intentional ?

9) In the later parts of the game, you have the sex scenes and interactions directly in the game itself where as previously it was openning in other windows, you might consider standardizing on one of the 2 for consistency's sake

Otherwise it's a fairly good game, the higher quality sex scenes are good (alltho I tend to play them on mute because the sound/music during it is just not my jam), and the plot was interesting as well; I'm just frustrated by the lack of polish which can kill the playing experience sometimes (especially when you have story progress stopping or game stucking bugs).
But yeah, while some of the complaints there are nitpicking, most are genuine, objective there is to help, not to discourage. Any how, keep up the good work for the next updates :D
